Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
For limited editions and large pieces:
- Additional preparation time may be required
- You will be notified if extended handling is needed
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Size and weight of the artwork
- Shipping method
👉 For large or heavy pieces (over 20 kg), specialized shipping may apply.
Packaging
All artworks are:
- Professionally packaged
- Protected with reinforced materials
- Secured to prevent movement or damage
We use high-quality packaging to ensure safe transport worldwide.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A confirmation email
- A tracking number
Customs & Duties
For international orders:
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
- These fees are not included in the purchase price
Delivery
- Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout
- A signature may be required upon delivery

Damaged Items

- Customs clearance
