Refund policy

At YAZ Art Gallery, each piece is handcrafted and produced in limited quantities or as a one-of-a-kind artwork. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged
  • The artwork must be returned in its original packaging

⚠️ Important:
Custom-made, personalized, or commissioned pieces are
non-refundable and non-returnable.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

👉 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging

We will:

  • Offer a replacement (if available), or
  • Issue a full refund


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items returned damaged or used
  • Items not in original packaging


Exchanges

Due to the limited and unique nature of our artworks, exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on availability.


Shipping Issues

YAZ Art Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors. However, we will assist you in resolving any issue.
